SHOTOVER is how film takes flight
Born from an obsession with flying, filmmaking and broadcasting, SHOTOVER was developed by the most respected engineers, pilots, and cinematographers in the industry. Their single-minded goal was to integrate the ultimate stability, versatility and ease of use.
Regularly utilized on blockbuster motion pictures as well as for documentaries, high-profile sporting events, broadcast television and industrial survey, SHOTOVER systems can be mounted on helicopters, ground vehicles, watercraft and almost anything that moves. The SHOTOVER product line includes five gyro-stabilized camera systems ranging in size for use on almost any moving platform. The flagship SHOTOVER K1 was developed for the motion picture industry, the more compact F1 for the TV and commercial production industries, the M1 for the Electronic News Gathering Market (ENG), the G1 for live broadcast and drone applications, and the ultra-compact B1, developed for a wide range of applications including industrial survey and surveillance.
SHOTOVER has gained rapid adoption across numerous industries thanks to a number of pioneering firsts. These include a fully modular system design, which allows operators to easily utilize multiple camera and lens combinations in the course of a shoot. Additionally, SHOTOVER systems are the first and only motion picture grade aerial option with no ITAR restrictions, enabling them to be shipped around the world without requiring U.S. State Department approval.
