SHOTOVER Adds Germany’s Cineflight GmBH to Fast-Growing European Client List

Deal Augments SHOTOVER’s Market Leading Position as Europe’s Top Gyro-Stabilized Camera System for Motion Picture, Broadcast and Commercial Productions

SHOTOVER, the maker of high performance stabilization platforms, announced the sale of a SHOTOVER F1 gyro-stabilized camera system to Germany’s Cineflight GmBH.  One of Germany’s most established aerial production companies, Cineflight serves the broadcast, motion picture and corporate communities, working with clients including the BBC, NBC, arte, RTL, ORF, ZDF, Siemens, Airbus, E.ON and Bavaria Film.  The company will utilize the SHOTOVER F1 for helicopter cinematography as well as for boat and rail-mounted work.

The deal builds upon SHOTOVER’s growing leadership in the European market following the recent sale of three F1 systems to top production company Red Bull Media House and multiple commitments for the new SHOTOVER U1 drone.  Announced at the end of 2015, the U1 is the world’s first professional grade unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the broadcast, motion picture, law enforcement and industrial survey markets.  SHOTOVER also continues to garner broad adoption in the Hollywood community with recent credits for the flagship SHOTOVER K1 including Jurassic World, Furious 7, Straight Outta Compton, Sicario and Spectre.

“The SHOTOVER F1 delivers outstanding performance under the most demanding conditions, while remaining remarkably easy to use,” said Patrick Nueske, CEO and chief pilot of Cineflight.  “It has redefined the state-of-the-art for aerial and vehicle mounted production, providing breathtaking images across a broad range of shooting conditions.  We are excited to be able to offer the F1 to our broad list of clients.”

“SHOTOVER has become the go-to system for the European production community and we are pleased to welcome Cineflight as our latest client,” said Joe Hildemann SHOTOVER Authorized Representative in Europe.  “With the continuing success of the F1 in Europe and now the heavy demand for the new SHOTOVER U1 drone, we anticipate strong results in 2016.
